What is the Ram 1500 REV’s Frunk?
Kicking off the Ram EV lineup is the Ram 1500 REV! Simply put, this is a EV version of the ever-popular Ram 1500 light-duty pickup truck. When you opt for this model, you’ll be able to enjoy features like the front-facing trunk or “frunk,” since there’s no engine under this truck’s hood! This truck also features a never-before-seen single pedal driving system, which will automatically engage regenerative braking when you take your foot off the accelerator. Inside, track all of your vehicle’s stats including charging status on the 14.5-inch full-color touchscreen display. Other features include premium leather-trimmed seats, and a 24-way power-adjustable front seat!

Is the Ram 1500 Ramcharger a PHEV?
Up next, Ram offers the Ram 1500 Ramcharger! This PHEV truck is designed to put power at the forefront! This is the go-to truck for those who want a boost in power, and some extra range for those longer journeys. For example, the Ramcharger features a liquid-colled 92-kWh battery pack, as well as a 130-kWh generator. These electric components pair with a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine for even more oomph. This powertrain offers up to 690 miles of total range, 663 horsepower, 615 lb-ft of torque, and a maximum towing capacity of up to 14,000 pounds! Plus, it can haul up to 2,625 pounds. As a PHEV, the Ramcharger offers three selectable drive modes: Electric Mode, E-Save Mode, and Eco Mode. You can further select your energy preferences with Charge-Depleting Mode, Battery Hold Mode, eAWD Mode, or eSport Mode.
