Don Vance is an excellent dealership. Service manager Jaycee and her staff always take outstanding care of my vehicle and treat me like a valued customer. This time the check engine light was troubleshot in a matter of minutes and the correct part was ordered. When I brought it back in for repair, they kept me updated on the status and the truck was ready when promised. From Jaycee, John, and the extremely talented service staff, my Ram has received excellent care from a new truck to now having over 298000 miles.
Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. The technician who completed the work did an excellent job and completed the work sooner than expected. I am sorry, I do not remember his name.
Went in to look at a jeep I was interested in. Took a test drive, was basically what I was looking for, decided to buy it. John was on point throughout the process, made it easy and I was on my way quickly.

Duell was professional, educated, prompt and understanding/caring. He got my jeep to be diagnosed and fixed quickly. The mechanic (cannot remember his name) spoke to me and helped ease my worries as well.
Every time I've had my Ram serviced I've had issues. The first time they rotated my tires they didn't put one of the simulator hubcaps on good and it fell off on the way home and they wouldn't replace it. They wanted $150. For another one. They never fill up the DEF which i was told when I bought it that they would fill it up any time it needed it. I've told them that my dash cover is coming off. I dropped off my tire and they had it fixed and ready for me to pick up after work. The unloaded and loaded the tire for me.

Did not have the right mileage on the sticker on the window. It was 5000 miles for next service instead of 7500 fuel filter was not reset drove another hundred miles after service fuel filter come on the dash had to stop and reset it myself. I was told when we bought the service plan you guys would fill the def tank was not full. The guy at the service. desk said it's only allows one jug DEF
They are courteous and can help with the problem and take care of the problem in a timely manner. Nothing but great service.

The service dept. had trouble getting a flat tire repaired on my Jeep. From what I was told, the technician couldn't get the patch to stick to the inside of the tire. It made my wait about twice as long as usual.

I had an appointment to get five tires replaced and an oil change performed. The wait time seemed a bit excessive at four hours. Other than that, things were fine.

Service is fair, they don’t go over multi-point checks. They couldn’t tell me what recalls I had available until I told them about some stuff I seen online in a forum and then they said I did have that update. Prices for an oil change is outrageous, $120 is crazy! They refused to diagnose my check engine light as I requested both before, and during, the visit. Required me to schedule a seperate appointment.

Took truck in after 2 other mechanics verified heater core was leaking. Tech at don vance said it was not leaking . He said it was plugged. So the mopar lifetime warranty I bought when I purchased truck new from Don Vance refused to honor warranty. The service manager was very rude. I will never use their service department again! Worst ever. When I chose to use my financing the finance guy just left without saying a word. Even though I've shown my trust with this being my 4th purchase I couldn't have vehicle until loan funded. My bank funded on a tues at 11am and finance dept was very rude any time I asked questions. They never do what I request. Almost every time I come away feeling as if I don’t matter even though the car AND the extended warranty were purchased from you. I am in the market for two new cars after the first of the year and I will not be purchasing them from you.

Easy to schedule, good communication, time frame was good The oil change and tire rotation schedule on short notice was extremely helpful.
Scheduled the first appointment, then had to reschedule. Was able to schedule the very next day.
Helpful, friendly, and not pushing for a sale. Answered all questions we had, and was more than willing assist us when we needed help.
Staff were courteous & gave updates about repair progress; my only complaint is that they somehow missed the burnt-out brake light; I had to buy a new bulb & find someone in town to assist, as I didn’t want to go all that way back again (I live half an hour away).
It was warranty work, they got me in quick, gave me a loaner and resolved my issue. Very little inconvenience.
The man we worked with was kind and respectful. But when we visited with the manager he was very cocky, primarily tried to talked to my husband while ignoring me, would dance around our questions with out giving an answer, and rarely let us get a word in while he gave his 'speech'. It felt like he did not want to have a conversation, only wanted to lecture us.

They offered a $1774 dealer discount but refused to honor it. The salesman Steve is a nice man. He sold us our 24 Dodge Durango last year. We traded it in for the 26 Dodge Durango. Unfortunately, after the dishonorable management I will no longer be doing business with Don Vance.

Loved my entire experience! All of the communication was great! Thomas was very responsive. Sent pictures, since the car I was interested was a new trade in, there was only one picture online. When I arrived to test drive I was greeted by every employee that was around! Financing was what I was dreading and the level of service I received was exceeded all expectations!!
Well, my van was in the shop for transmission service, changing the filter and fluid. While they had it jacked up, they decided to inspect, to see if it needed anything else and it only has 68,000 miles on it. They also inspected cabin filter IN the van to see if it needed changed. And I guess they said I have things that should be repaired at a cost of around $1,200.00 more dollars. Not happy with this. I changed the cabin filter about 4 months ago, caught ya!!!

The last two times I brought my car in for tire work they have damaged my rims. First time they broke the valve stem and tried to cover it up and the second they had to force a socket on a damaged lug nut and then after they fixed the flat they put the same lug nut on the car and it scratched up the hole in the rim. Due to this I took the rim off and brought in the flat and would only let them repair the flat and I put the tire back on myself.
The service department is why we do our car business there. Jacee, Duwell and the technicians are the best.
