What benefits does Ram Care offer?
When you are a Ram Care member, you get exclusive vehicle owner support, maintenance services, 24/7 roadside assistance, first-day rental coverage, trip interruption coverage, and a unique website experience. Upon purchasing a new Ram 1500, 2500, or 3500, you are automatically enrolled in the Ram Care program for 24 months. In addition, there are two more exciting benefits. First is the free oil and filter changes totaling up to four over the two years of enrollment. The second is exclusive VIP access to Ram Brand events across the country.
How are Ram trucks enrolled in Ram Care
Members who are auto-enrolled in the Ram Care program automatically receive the program’s benefits as part of the Ram Care MVP plan. These members have access to the online Ram Care portal to view a list of upcoming Ram Care events, remaining Ram Care maintenance services, and more. The Ram Care portal can be accessed on Mopar.Com and uses a single sign-on process to offer a seamless experience.
How long does Ram Care last?
The two types of memberships include auto-enroll and buy-in memberships. Any Ram truck driver can buy into the Ram Care program as long as their truck is the model year 2014 or newer. The membership can be purchased by visiting their Ram dealership and purchasing on-site. Auto-enrolled is when you buy an eligible new Ram truck. Both auto-enroll and buy-in memberships last for 24 months. Both memberships can be renewed for $249 per year for gas trucks and $449 per year for diesel. These numbers are subject to change and do not include state and local taxes.
When does Ram Care coverage start?
If your truck is auto-enrolled, your membership starts on its In-Service date. This date is when the truck was placed in service or made available for sale. The memberships for Ram truck owners who buy into Ram Care start on the day that the membership is purchased.
