I am very pleased with my experience with Don Vance Dodge dealership.I called and spoke to Bill informed him of the Dodge Ram 1500 I was interested in purchasing,He was very polite and professional answered all of my questions.Upon arrival at the dealership to test drive the vehicle I had called about, I test drove several other trucks and decided to go with a quad cab 4x4 with a 5.7 L Hemi.The buying process was very pleasant I purchased the truck without the typical back and forth haggling on the terms I wanted with the payment I wanted.I had shopped around and had looked at another Dodge dealership but they were very pushy and rude needless to say it was a VERY PLEASANT experience I had at Don Vance.I would recomend this dealership if your interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

Had a great experience. Sales staff was very friendly and informative, but not pushy. We drove a couple different cars and they were well kept and in great shape. They just didn't have the car my son was looking for. I did see several I liked and when I get ready to buy I will definitely go back to see them!

"Just ask for Dennis Horne and it'll be Perfect"

When I called about a used truck I saw on Cars, I called from overseas. If it looked good, I'd have to fly in my son from Michigan to test it out and hopefully drive it home. Nothing to sneeze at! - Thinking about the whole event now, I think the trust I put in Dennis meant as much to him as it did me. Dennis picked up my son from the airport (!!!), they drove it around, they discussed the truck in detail - it was all that and more and absolutely no less that what I was told over the phone. He'd already made sure the A/C worked and that is was safe to drive. He then made sure my son was totally comfortable driving the truck, had a full tank of gas, and was ready for a long drive home. I found out later... Dennis did all this on his day off. Wow. There's Customer Service and then there's Dennis and his Customer. If I ever need another vehicle, this family will go to Missouri again. If he's there. Dennis - Thank you for taking care of me and the family.

Dropped by just to look at a new Ram Sport, was greeted and treated the way I would expect. Friendly folks willing to give you the best price first and get you back on the road. Dealt with Bradley in sales and Eric the sales manager help us with some details. Gave me what I wanted for my trade right off the bat. Only issues is the truck wasn't as clean as I would have liked but I was in a hurry to get moving and didn't allow them the time they needed for a proper detail. Would buy here again. Much better than any dealer I have visited in the Springfield metro area

"Very Happy"

We were looking for a new car, and found a couple on cars.com. I contacted both dealers by email, and had a response almost immediately from someone at Don Vance asking about our "must haves". This was on a Sunday. Then on Monday morning I had an email AND a phone call from Dennis to set up an appointment to see the car we were interested in. We made the appointment for that afternoon, and when we got there, the car was pulled up front and the car was running with the heater going (it was VERY cold outside.) We drove the car, loved it, and went back to make the deal. They offered us a fair price and finished the paper work very quickly. Will definitely consider them again when we are in the market for a new car.

Cars.com put us in contact with several dealerships for the model vehicle we were attempting to locate. Don Vance Automotive followed up quickly after our initial search with email and phone call. Appointment was made to visit and test drive the vehicle at our convenience. The salesperson was very friendly and answered every question we had, demonstrating all the "bells and whistles" etc. Pricing was fair to both parties, and actual sales transaction was smoothly accomplished by friendly finance personnel. It is a large dealership with a large selection of vehicles.

Wife and I were looking all over for new vehicles. We came across Don Vance online and seen several vehicles we were interested in. We decided to check them out in person. Ben was our salesman and didn't pressure us into anything. We left without making a deal because we wanted to think about it. Called the next day and made the deal. Purchased our new vehicles and in about 2 weeks we got a refund check. Called to ask about the refund and was told that they were auditing sales (as they frequently do) and that they had missed a rebate. It was amazing that a company would go ahead and send the refund instead of just letting it go. Definitely will buy again from Don Vance!
